Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse within our grocery stores, delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. In this role, you will create welcoming atmospheres, prepare customized drinks, and contribute to the overall success of our in-store Starbucks locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and blended beverages, following Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend products, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including brewing equipment, counters, and display cases.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and process payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, restock supplies, and assist with merchandising to keep the coffeehouse fully operational.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates are energetic team players with strong communication skills and a passion for coffee.
