As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash and digital payments efficiently while ensuring compliance with Kroger's cash-handling policies.
• Collaborate with store team members to support overall store operations and promotional events.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates demonstrate strong customer service skills, basic math for transactions, and the ability to multitask during peak hours. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
