As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of Starbucks beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages, following precise recipes and standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation per health and safety guidelines.
• Engage customers with friendly service, recommend products, and upsell menu items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock inventory, restock supplies, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

We seek team players with strong communication skills and a passion for coffee.
