As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse within our grocery stores, delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to recommend products, upsell items, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with merchandising to keep the coffeehouse fully stocked and visually appealing.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, a passion for coffee, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required, as Kroger provides comprehensive training through our Starbucks partnership program. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential in our dynamic store environment.
