Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend products, and upsell menu items to enhance satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and digital payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, restock supplies, and assist with merchandising to keep the coffeehouse area inviting and fully equipped.
