As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior customer service experience, basic math skills for handling transactions, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Food safety knowledge is a plus. Kroger provides on-the-job training for Starbucks-specific procedures. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to advance to shift supervisor or other roles within Kroger's Starbucks locations.
