Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Handle cash and digital payments efficiently while ensuring compliance with Kroger's cash-handling policies.
• Collaborate with store team members to support overall store operations and peak-hour rushes.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a passion for coffee. Basic math skills for transactions and recipe measurements are essential. Kroger provides training on Starbucks procedures, equipment operation, and food safety protocols.
