Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and a basic knowledge of coffee preparation. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; Kroger provides comprehensive training. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
