Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages, following precise recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to recommend products, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including brewing equipment, counters, and display cases.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and process payments efficiently.
• Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with merchandising to keep the area attractive.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for coffee culture.
• Food safety knowledge, with willingness to obtain certification.
