Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista at Kroger, you will be the face of our Starbucks coffeehouse located within our grocery stores. You will craft high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and refreshers, following Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment sanitation and inventory stocking.
• Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills and Qualifications

We seek enthusiastic individuals with a passion for coffee and customer service. Prior barista experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training on Starbucks procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment are essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
