Job Overview

The Starbucks/Department Leader at Kroger is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the Starbucks kiosk operations within a Kroger store. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Starbucks department, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and coach team members on Starbucks standards, product knowledge, and customer service best practices to deliver the 'Starbucks Experience'.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and merchandising standards are consistently met, adhering to Starbucks and Kroger guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster loyalty through personalized service.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior retail or food service leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and team motivation is essential. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
