Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily receiving process, including unloading deliveries from trucks and verifying shipment accuracy against purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, quality issues, or discrepancies, and report findings to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move and organize inventory efficiently.
• Train and supervise junior receivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
• Update inventory management systems with accurate stock data to support seamless store operations.
• Coordinate with store departments to prioritize stocking of high-demand items and manage backroom space effectively.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
