Job Overview

The Store/Night Clerk at Kroger plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our grocery stores during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and rotated according to FIFO standards.
• Unload deliveries from trucks and organize freight in the backroom for efficient distribution.
• Clean and maintain store aisles, floors, and displays to uphold Kroger's high standards of presentation and safety.
• Assist in receiving and verifying shipments, checking for accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
• Support other departments as needed, including facing products and building displays.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Previous retail or warehouse experience is preferred. Kroger offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.
