Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize store areas, including floors, shelves, and restrooms, to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with price changes, signage updates, and promotional displays as directed.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and compactors safely.
• Support other departments as needed, including receiving and processing returns.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess basic retail knowledge, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and attention to detail. Previous experience in grocery stocking or warehouse work is preferred. Kroger provides training for all team members to ensure success in this role.

Work Environment
