Key Responsibilities

• Organize backroom inventory and assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.

• Monitor product quality, removing expired or damaged items and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Support store operations by operating equipment like pallet jacks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, basic math skills for inventory counts, and a strong work ethic. Previous retail or stocking experience is preferred. Night Clerks must be reliable, able to work overnight hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM), and committed to Kroger's values of freshness, fairness, and customer focus.
