This hourly internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and operational functions within one of the largest retail supply chain networks in the US. As a bilingual intern (English/Spanish preferred), you will support critical initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, and supply chain efficiency during the summer term.

Key Focus Areas

• Assist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for supply chain associates.
• Support operational projects such as inventory management, logistics optimization, and process improvements in distribution centers.
• Conduct data analysis using HRIS systems and supply chain software to generate reports on workforce metrics and performance.
• Facilitate bilingual communication for training sessions, safety meetings, and cross-functional team collaborations.
• Participate in compliance audits, diversity initiatives, and continuous improvement programs aligned with Kroger's corporate goals.
