Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern - Supply Chain

Join Kroger's dynamic Supply Chain team as a Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern. This hourly internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions within one of the largest retail supply chain operations in the US. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding supply chain associates, including interviewing and background checks.
  • Support employee engagement programs and conduct satisfaction surveys in warehouse environments.
  • Help analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates and labor costs using Excel and HRIS systems.
