Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding supply chain associates for warehouse and transportation roles.
- Support employee engagement programs and conduct data analysis on turnover metrics.
- Help develop training materials for safety and operational procedures.
- Participate in HR projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in supply chain.
- Conduct audits and maintain records for labor law compliance in distribution facilities.
