Summer 2026 Human Resources - Supply Chain Intern

Join Kroger's dynamic Supply Chain team as a Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions tailored to supply chain operations at one of America's largest grocery retailers. As an Intern/HRLY position, you will support key HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance within our distribution centers and logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding supply chain associates for warehouse and transportation roles.
  • Support employee engagement programs and conduct data analysis on turnover metrics.
  • Help develop training materials for safety and operational procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in supply chain.
  • Conduct audits and maintain records for labor law compliance in distribution facilities.
