About the role
Join our APAC Regional Sales Team and play a key role in driving the growth of L3HARRIS’ WESCAM MX series of precision optical sensors and targeting systems. Reporting to the Director, Regional Sales APAC, this high-profile role focuses on expanding market presence across one of our fastest-growing regions.
You will manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing opportunities—while developing and executing effective sales and market strategies. The role also includes conducting competitive analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting product and business planning.
Responsibilities include leading customer engagements, delivering sales presentations, participating in tradeshows and demos, and providing regular updates to senior management. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll join a dynamic global Business Development team spanning four territories, supported by a network of local partners across APAC. Together, we combine market insight, innovation, and teamwork to drive sustained growth and customer success.
