The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solutions-focused Director, Counsel – Anti-Corruption and Antitrust to lead the development, implementation, and execution of L3Harris’s global anti-corruption and antitrust compliance programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, this role is critical to ensuring compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations while driving ethical business practices.
In this role, you will help set the strategic vision and drive implementation, maturity and long term effectiveness of the company’s global anti-corruption and antitrust programs.
