Job Description:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate closely with leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that propel our business objectives forward.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing expert counsel and assistance to employees and management.
  • Organizational Development: Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR and employee relations issues to foster a positive workplace.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, and performance to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Talent Management: Play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide counsel to management on developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.
  • Project Management: Perform project management duties and team facilitation to drive HR initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Advise management on all aspects of employee performance management with a strategic approach to communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive L3Harris’s business operating system (“e3”) principles and processes, focusing on administrative excellence and process improvement within the IT organization and HR function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6 years of HR experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with increasing scope and responsibility.

  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
