As a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies and within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment, the WESCAM division develops the most advanced optical sensor and targeting systems for global defense and military sectors, National Security, Search & Rescue and Airborne law enforcement agencies. L3Harris is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to provide full-cycle recruitment efforts for our Wescam division based in Waterdown, Ontario. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide “World Class Service” to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
