Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier and customer on-time delivery
  • Ensure timely completion of all material and subcontract milestones
  • Manage material and subcontract budgets; drive actions to improve financial performance
  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key products/programs
  • Analyze key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Develop supply chain estimates using risk and opportunity frameworks for best-case, most-likely, and worst-case scenarios
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Controlled Goods Program, PSPC procurement guidelines)
  • Support Program Finance in quarterly financial reporting against the Annual Operating Plan(AOP), short-term forecasts, and Estimates to Complete (ETC)
  • Align ITB/Offset activities with the Industrial Participation group
  • Ensure customer requirements are communicated and documented throughout the supply base
  • Manage supplier performance and relationships
  • Lead supplier recovery strategies and communicate critical issues with solution-focused actions

Essential Functions

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Experience in supply chain and program management across the product lifecycle (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing internal leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with new business proposals and competitive/sole-source pursuits
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities
  • Subcontractor management from development through production
  • Ability to break down complex issues into actionable strategies
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and control account management
  • Familiarity with EU / Italian procurement and export control regulations (e.g., Controlled Goods Program, PSPC, ITAR equivalency)
