The Lab Technician - Raw Materials position at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility is a pivotal role within the quality assurance and supply chain team. Key Responsibilities

In this position, your daily tasks will directly impact product quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all Raw Material deliveries are received and audited promptly, both physically and within the SAP system.
  • Reviewing and auditing critical Food safety documents to uphold compliance.
  • Maintaining and improving quality systems through analytical testing, instrument calibration, and maintenance.
  • Training and coaching the site team on quality processes and testing procedures.
  • Conducting internal audits, generating and analysing reports, and supporting customer complaints and investigations.
  • Handling chemical preparations safely and ensuring adherence to Hold and Abort systems.
  • Complying with site GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) policies to guarantee products meet specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Qualifications in Science (Chemistry), Food Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
