Role Overview

The Lab Technician - Raw Materials position at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility is a pivotal role within the quality assurance and supply chain team. This full-time opportunity involves ensuring the integrity of raw materials through meticulous testing, auditing, and compliance checks. You'll play a key part in maintaining food safety standards for PepsiCo's trusted brands, working in a dynamic FMCG environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

In this position, your daily tasks will directly impact product quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all Raw Material deliveries are received and audited promptly, both physically and within the SAP system.
• Reviewing and auditing critical Food safety documents to uphold compliance.
• Maintaining and improving quality systems through analytical testing, instrument calibration, and maintenance.
• Training and coaching the site team on quality processes and testing procedures.
• Conducting internal audits, generating and analysing reports, and supporting customer complaints and investigations.
• Handling chemical preparations safely and ensuring adherence to Hold and Abort systems.
• Complying with site GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) policies to guarantee products meet specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Lab Technician - Raw Materials at PepsiCo, candidates should possess:

• Qualifications in Science (Chemistry), Food Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Previous laboratory experience in a similar manufacturing environment (essential).
