Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo provides world-class training, so prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Minimum requirements include:

  • Being 18 years or older.
  • Possessing a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Having access to a personal car for multi-store routes (mileage reimbursement provided).

Helpful experience encompasses merchandising, customer service, managing inventory, and account management.
