Role Overview

The Last Mile Analyst position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a pivotal role within our regional operations team. This full-time opportunity supports Sales and Go-To-Market teams across PepsiCo Foods and LATAM by ensuring accurate, real-time route and customer management. You'll drive the centralization, standardization, and optimization of customer and routing data in a cross-functional, cross-country environment. As a subject-matter expert in Omnitracs, you'll enable flawless commercial operations, comply with service levels, and contribute to sustainability-focused KPIs. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you'll make a tangible impact on PepsiCo's last-mile efficiency. Key duties include:

  • Serving as the Omnitracs expert, managing customer and route configurations for assigned markets.
  • Analyzing and validating route structures, including volumes, types, customer density, and geographic coverage.
  • Executing mass updates like geocoding corrections, truck assignments, new customer setups, and performance scorecard maintenance.
  • Identifying and resolving issues such as inaccurate geocodes, incorrect truck assignments, out-of-cluster customers, depot setups, and loading schedules.
  • Collaborating with business teams to centralize and optimize customer/route data while building relationships with Sales and Go-To-Market stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicating system deviations, risks, and insights aligned with sustainability models and KPIs.
  • Preparing and presenting operational status, performance, and productivity reports in weekly meetings.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and capability development.
  • Ensuring service delivery meets SLAs with flexibility for mixed schedules based on market needs.
