Role Overview

As Lead, Account Marketing Invvictus/Athletic Specialty LATAM at Nike in Ciudad de México, you'll spearhead retail elevation strategies for key partner doors. Reporting to the Account Marketing Sr Manager, you'll collaborate with Partner Transformation, Visual Merchandising, Ekin, Sales, Merch, and Brand teams to craft in-store and digital marketing plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead retail marketing strategies and premium executions for Athletic Specialty partners, aligning with sport strategies, MPU priorities, and consumer needs.
  • Adopt retail excellence principles for seasonal and seasonless initiatives, executing global sport brand direction at the moment of truth.
  • Provide clear direction to creative agencies and retail partners to maintain global standards in marketplace executions.
  • Serve as the sport retail expert, ideating and creating consumer-centric experiences tailored to diverse partner environments.
  • Partner with Account Marketing for a unified marketplace approach, adding distinction for each partner.
  • Foster strong relationships with APLA Geo Retail Marketing and Partner Transformation teams to secure tools and guidance for premium results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work seamlessly with LATAM Brand Marketing (Jordan, NSW Global Football, Basketball, Kids), Sales, SMDs, Merchandising, and external partners to scale proven concepts and elevate Nike's presence.
