As Lead, Account Marketing Sportswear/Specialty Pacific at Nike in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, you'll spearhead retail elevation strategies focused on sneaker culture and sportswear. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, this full-time role sits within the Nike Direct Retail Brand Marketing Pacific team. Collaborate with Partnership Transformation, Visual Merchandising, and EKIN teams to craft compelling in-store and digital experiences that boost awareness, engagement, and sales for sporting goods and specialty consumers.
Thrive in a matrixed environment, partnering daily with sales, Sport-led Brand Marketing, Digital Brand teams, Demand and Supply Management, Operations, and APLA colleagues. Externally, engage key retail partners, creative agencies, suppliers, and vendors to bring Nike's vision to life across Pacific marketplaces.
Lead and develop retail marketing strategies and execution for key partners in the Pacific Sporting Goods and Sport Specialty marketplace. Work with Brand Marketing to align on seasonal priorities, elevating Nike stories in partner retail doors.
Adopt and adapt retail excellence principles to win with seasonal and seasonless initiatives. Engage agencies with clear direction to execute Global Sport Direction across doors, scaling proven concepts for maximum impact.
Maintain brand standards across marketplace partners, partnering with the Partnership Transformation team to elevate key doors. Become the go-to Sport retail expert, ideating consumer-right experiences in diverse retail environments.
Drive initiatives with a focus on the right KPIs, tracking and delivering measurable results to increase sales and awareness.
