Role Overview

As a Lead Chemical Engineer on Nike's Footwear Manufacturing Engineering (FME) team, you'll spearhead chemical engineering strategies within the Footwear Supply Chain (FWSC). Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers, or a related field, or equivalent with 6+ years of directly relevant engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in chemical engineering within manufacturing, ideally footwear or consumer products.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and navigate matrixed organizations with cross-cultural sensitivity.
