Collaborate with local legal teams to align policies with regional laws, advising on necessary updates and ensuring full compliance.

Program Innovation and ERGs

Work with communications to adapt leadership visits and messaging to Greater China's culture. Innovate on ERG programming, making it impactful locally while aligned enterprise-wide. Identify external partnerships with Sports Culture Initiatives (SCI), Talent Acquisition (TA), and Organizational Development (OD) teams.

Operational Excellence

Build trusted relationships with HRBPs, managers, employees, and ERG leaders. Proactively plan events, anticipate roadblocks, and embed data-driven metrics to measure success. Manage external relationships and represent Greater China in global DE&I meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in DE&I and/or HR.
