  • Collaborate seamlessly with Design, Technical Development, and Product Management teams to meet timelines and feasibility goals.

  • Conduct in-depth market research on trends, colors, and sports products, tying insights to consumer demands.
  • Support the broader Footwear Design team on additional projects as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years in designing and developing innovative footwear and products.

  • Strong technical skills: Adobe CC proficiency, 2D technical drawings (tech packs), sketching, cobbling, color theory, and digital product creation.
  • Experience with Gravity Sketch, AI ideation, 3D programs, and presentation tools like Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Expert communication to translate complex ideas into design narratives.
  • Preferred: External collaborations, cobbling/prototyping, and consumer insight translation.
