  • Partner closely with the Running & ACG Innovation Senior Design Director and cross-functional experts to ideate and develop products.
  • Engage directly with athletes to gather insights and obsess over their performance needs.
  • Generate broad ranges of concepts through sketching, illustration, rendering, and digital tools.
  • Build precise 2D technical drawings (tech packs) and leverage 3D software for prototyping.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge materials, manufacturing processes, and pioneering methods.
  • Lead partnerships across Design, Marketing, Engineering, Development, and beyond.
  • Foster a positive, energetic creative environment while simplifying complex problems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field (or equivalent education, experience, training).
