Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with lead programmer engineers and external contractors to uphold the highest standards of equipment reliability. Core duties include:

  • Jointly planning and executing technical maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
  • Performing regular analysis of equipment issues using deployment loss tracking and 5Why methodologies, followed by developing preventive actions.
  • Verifying parameters of control instruments and measurement tools, making necessary adjustments and optimizations in line with current documentation.
  • Generating detailed reports on completed repair, setup, and maintenance work within the CMMS (ТОиР) system and departmental reporting frameworks.
  • Monitoring and completing scheduled and unscheduled repairs on technological equipment as per work orders in the maintenance system.
  • Selecting equivalent spare parts to ensure swift execution of planned and emergency repairs.
  • Entering data on spare parts used during repairs into the system to maintain optimal inventory reserves.
  • Managing documentation for write-offs, orders of spares, equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Partnering with project and production support teams to design and implement initiatives enhancing equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Requirements
