The Lead, Energy Marketing India role is a pivotal position within Nike's India Brand Marketing team, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, India, you will shape and deliver Nike's Energy Marketing strategy tailored to India's vibrant cultural landscape. This role bridges sport, style, and culture, collaborating across India and SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India) regions. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Neighbourhood (NBHD), Runway (RNWY), Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications, Marketplace, and Product Merchandising to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
With a focus on Mumbai as a cultural hub, you'll translate global Energy strategies into India-first expressions, partnering with creators and cultural influencers to amplify Nike's presence in sneaker culture, music, design, and youth ecosystems.
Support the development and execution of seasonal Energy marketing plans aligned with India priorities and broader SEA&I strategies. This includes crafting culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with Indian youth.
Partner with internal teams to deliver style-led product stories, collaborations, and activations from concept to marketplace. Integrate Energy initiatives across NBHD/RNWY journeys, retail moments, digital platforms, and key partner touchpoints.
Contribute local storytelling ideas reflecting India's nuances, with emphasis on Mumbai. Work with internal and external partners for creative development, production, and execution of initiatives.
Gather consumer insights, performance learnings, and cultural signals to inform future strategies, feeding back to SEA&I, APLA, and Global teams. Support relationship building with emerging cultural partners and communities relevant to Nike Energy.
