This Lead Engineer 2 - IBM Planning (TM1) role in Hyderabad is pivotal in the Sustain Team, ensuring high-quality break fixes, production stability, and zero critical incidents for live MOSAIC markets. You'll manage the FP&A solution integrating vertical business unit planning and horizontal functional planning using technologies like TM1, Alteryx, and Data Lake. Collaborate with Business Support Center of Excellence, product owners, market teams, and application support in a complex matrix organization. This full-time position demands initiative, technical expertise, and close coordination for incident resolution, change management, and minimal downtimes in production and non-production environments.
Handle incidents for the Mosaic solution, striving for resolution within defined SLAs. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead troubleshooting, provide continuous status updates, and act as the primary resolver communicating directly with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor the team's ticket queue in tools like ServiceNow or Jira, self-assign relevant tickets, or work on those assigned by the Service Controller. Escalate issues as needed and ensure efficient workflow.
Identify tickets requiring changes, forward them to the Service Controller, and manage the full Change Management process for break-fix implementations. Coordinate with design and development teams for solution maintenance.
Work closely with Business Support (CoE), business teams, product owners, and market teams to maintain solution stability. Minimize downtimes across environments and ensure zero minimum critical production incidents.
To excel in this role, candidates need a university education at BS/BA level or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 4+ years in TM1 Cognos Planning Analytics is essential, alongside 6+ years in Information Technology or business environments. Key technical skills include IBM Planning Analytics Modeler, Turbo-Integrator, Rules and Feeders, Dimensions and Cubes, Excel PAfE, SQL/MySQL with ODBC drivers, SAP exposure, and proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
