- You organize the Team in India to execute a FACTS Upgrade / Refurbishment Project.
- You organize the Team and take care of that the Experts are working on the required Tasks.
- you know what the next required Step and coordinate with the Client in the World to ensure that your Team is working according to the Project Plan which you did influence.
In a Meeting with the Customer, you go over all the scheduled Task for the Outage and prepare and review the required Documentation.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
• You are the expert in installed base / technologies for FACTS Systems
• You are a mentor and trainer for your Team.
• You develop Concepts and Project Plans as well as Schedules for Projects
• You coordinate with Client and review technical specification and take care of that the Team is developing what is in line with the specifications and internal guidelines
• You actively support solution finding for issues in old FACTS systems, to find innovative solutions & workarounds & making systems future ready
• You support customers, tech. departments, new built colleagues with technical input and idea generation
• You collaborate across disciplines to develop innovative solutions for installed base (e.g creative approaches in terms of obsolescence)
• You support manager and SPM process with technical guidance and idea development
• You review & consult Component / Technology Owners in maintaining Procedures and Philosophies
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:
• Minimum 5 years of operative experience in (sub-)project management and technical roles in FACTS projects / services / dealing with installed base.
• You are a generalist in FACTS systems, i.e. you are aware of the different parts of the system & have extensive experience with their behaviors in operations
• You have expert-level knowledge in designing complex FACTS concepts
• You have supported several complex tenders setting up concepts for operating FACTS systems
• You think in business models and company-wide solutions
• You are a role model with reputation in FACTS operations
• You think in technical solutions and have a passion to drive employees and technologies
• You have willingness and excellent skills to collaborate across disciplines to develop innovative solutions
• You are the go-to person as technical coach and consultant for FACTS systems .
