Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead a high-impact team of 5-8 engineers, handling hiring, career growth, compensation, and performance management.
• Own strategic roadmapping - define and execute the team's 12-month vision aligned with MongoDB's goals.
• Drive engineering excellence through process improvements and tools for confident changes in high-risk codebase areas.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and quantify the impact of shipped features.
• Guide technical decisions on complex changes balancing performance, scalability, and reliability.
