Recent achievements include modularization tooling, open-source unit testing migration, and coroutine feasibility evaluation. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead and grow a team of 5-8 engineers through comprehensive people management including hiring, career development, compensation, and performance reviews
• Own end-to-end results for team deliverables and take direct responsibility for outcomes
• Define and execute the team's 12-month technical roadmap with clear success metrics
• Drive process excellence with tools enabling confident changes to high-risk codebase areas
• Leverage data analytics to inform engineering decisions and measure shipped work impact
• Guide complex tradeoffs balancing performance, reliability, and feature requirements
• Lead customer escalations ensuring rapid resolution of time-sensitive production issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, PMs, and engineering teams on major initiatives
• Deliver user-delighting features through tight partnership with product and program management

Qualifications & Requirements
