Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• 8+ years building distributed systems at scale using Python, Golang, Java, or Rust
• 2+ years managing 3+ engineers with proven technical leadership
• Experience hiring and mentoring high-performing teams, including remote collaboration
• Strong background in high-scale compute, data processing, and NoSQL systems like MongoDB
• Track record launching and maintaining production features
• Excellent technical communication for cross-team leadership
