Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Lead and grow the MongoDB Search Query Platform & Availability team, managing hiring, performance, compensation, and career development
- Take direct ownership of team results and delivery against business-critical objectives
- Define the 12-month roadmap for Search and Vector Search infrastructure evolution
- Drive engineering process improvements for confident changes in high-risk production codebases
- Lead resolution of time-sensitive customer escalations impacting search availability
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and cross-functional engineering teams on major initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to specify, prioritize, and deliver customer-delighting Search features
- Ensure exceptional quality and development velocity for new MongoDB Search functionality
