  • On-Site Leadership: Direct installations, establish Run-of-Show (ROS), and manage production partners during fabrication and live programming.

While without direct reports, you'll mentor Producers and Production Coordinators, fostering production excellence. Partner closely with Experience Directors in each geography and internal teams across PDX, LA, and NYC for cohesive execution.
