Role Overview

The Lead, Experience Production, NA role at Nike in New York, New York, is a high-impact leadership position within the North America Brand Creative team. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production Management

Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, including facilitating outreach, negotiations, budget management, and contract execution. Navigate complex timelines to deliver flawless results on time and within scope.

External Partner Oversight

Source and manage premier external partners such as fabrication shops, creative agencies, and programming vendors. Draft comprehensive Scopes of Work (SOWs), review detailed budgets, and oversee relationships from onboarding to project wrap-up.

Internal Alignment & Cross-Functional Support

Lead stakeholder reviews with Brand Planning, Creative Planning, Finance, Legal, and more. Collaborate with producers across Retail, Content, Sports Marketing, and Energy Marketing to ensure unified brand experiences.

On-Site Leadership

Direct installations, establish Run-of-Show (ROS) documents, and manage production partners during live events, guaranteeing operational excellence and safety.
