The Lead Generation Associate in Franchise Development is pivotal to Choice Hotels' expansion strategy. This remote position (#LI-REMOTE) involves leveraging advanced prospecting tools and CRM systems to source and qualify high-potential leads for franchise opportunities. You'll play a key role in identifying prospects interested in partnering with iconic brands like Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, and Radisson, ensuring seamless transitions to our Sales team for conversion into franchise agreements. Execute scripted cold calls to uncover prospect needs, challenges, and genuine interest in franchising, building foundational relationships from the first interaction.
Score and prioritize leads analytically, maintaining meticulous records in Salesforce with comprehensive notes and call histories to support sales efficiency.
Facilitate smooth handoffs to Regional Vice Presidents, delivering detailed client insights that boost conversion rates and franchise growth.
Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, paired with technical proficiency in online databases and CRM systems—Salesforce experience is preferred. A solid grasp of the sales process, analytical lead prioritization skills, exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication, plus top-tier time management and organization are essential.
