As Lead, Integrated Media reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Media, you will spearhead Nike's media strategy for Australia and New Zealand. This role demands a dynamic media expert passionate about blending traditional and digital channels to fuel demand for Nike's innovative products. Collaborate with Brand Creative, Consumer Brand Management, Sports Marketing, and cross-functional teams like Marketplace, Merchandising, and Finance. Partner with media and creative agencies to deliver full-funnel, omni-channel campaigns that resonate with athletes* and drive business impact.
Key focus areas include digital (SEM, Paid Social, Online Media, Affiliates), TV, Print, and Out-of-Home. Leverage data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and measurement frameworks to innovate and optimize. This is a full-time position in Melbourne, Victoria, offering leadership in a high-energy environment at one of the most iconic brands in sports.
Develop and execute omni-channel media strategies for seasonal priorities and key brand moments. Ideate disruptive executions for campaigns and always-on activities to boost engagement and demand.
Plan full-funnel media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and agencies across APLA. Prepare forecasts, manage day-to-day agency relationships, and ensure alignment in key marketing meetings.
Partner with Digital Marketing and Brand Creative to set KPIs, measure business impact, and provide optimization recommendations. Monitor weekly performance, experiment with new strategies, and share insights with leadership.
Oversee local brand and performance media budgets. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, privacy evolutions, and culturally relevant insights in sport.
Nike seeks a self-starting media professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field. Candidates need 5–7+ years of experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing, including planning and buying in Performance/Biddable Channels.
