Reporting to the Director of IPI Sport Innovation Studio (SIS) and Portfolio, Data & Process, you'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Basketball, Jordan, Converse, NSW, Brand Impact Sports, Training, Sustainability, and Running. Your expertise will provide portfolio visualization, roadmap management, and process rigor, enabling leadership to make informed decisions that propel Nike's innovation forward. Take ownership of bringing SIS Sport Agendas to life, ensuring precision in data and reporting from Nike Innovation to Inline products. Manage the intake process for inline product and enabler requests, routing them through SIS to leadership for decisive action. Act as the centralized 'air traffic control' for team information, maintaining accurate, organized documentation. Support the Annual Operating Cadence by integrating CODE, NI, and SIS models, while partnering with studio leads to evolve collaborative spaces for key meetings and milestones.
Visualize the Nike Innovation Portfolio (Win Now/Win Next) through intuitive quarterly reporting and sport-specific views for multi-level stakeholders. Develop beautifully designed reporting packages that simplify complexity. Ensure portfolio alignment across functional areas like Apparel, Space, Footwear, NSRL, and ADCS, creating visibility that drives sound decision-making during reviews and milestone moments. Partner with IPI functions to prioritize high-impact work and communicate effectively to VP-level leadership.
