Key Responsibilities at Rivian

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Rivian's Lead Product Designer, Vehicle and Device Experience, you need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Product Design, Electronics Engineering, or related.
• 7+ years’ experience in end-to-end UX for hardware, automotive HMI, drive modes, closure systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing physical controls, remote commands, hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency in prototyping: Figma, ProtoPie, Arduino, embedded UI frameworks.
• Solid grasp of automotive standards for drive control, closures, safety/security.
