Role Overview

The Lead Product Manager, ITC role within Nike's Supply Chain Planning Technology team is pivotal for driving EDI integration products that power Order Management, Fulfillment, and Partner Connectivity. Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you'll spearhead product initiatives from vision to execution:

• Define the vision and multi-quarter product roadmap for EDI capabilities, including onboarding, mapping, compliance, observability, and resilience.
• Prioritize features using data-driven trade-offs that balance customer SLAs, compliance, operational costs, and partner experience.
• Build compelling business cases with ROI and TCO analyses for EDI modernization efforts like mapping template libraries and self-service onboarding.
• Lead the squad’s backlog management, including Epics, Features, Stories, sprint goals, and release plans, ensuring high-quality delivery with quantifiable outcomes.
• Oversee STTM mapping design and governance, enforcing naming conventions, versioning, reuse, and comprehensive test coverage.
• Partner with engineering on IBM Sterling EDI configurations, trading partner setups, envelopes, agreements, routing, and non-functional requirements like scale, reliability, and security.
• Interface directly with Nike customers to gather integration requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and communicate feasibility based on existing capabilities.
• Own EDI standards for X12/EDIFACT transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 997/999, CONTRL) and acknowledgment workflows.
• Define and maintain canonical data models and mapping guidelines between EDI transactions and internal systems like OMS, WMS, TMS, and ERP.
• Drive advancements in error handling, reprocessing, alerts, observability, and health metrics reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years as a product lead/owner for EDI/B2B platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling EDI, including setups, envelopes, agreements, routing, and monitoring.
• Deep expertise in STTM mappings: design, versioning, testing, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and key transaction sets, with familiarity in both EDIFACT and X12.
• Proven track record of shipping integration products that improve SLAs, quality, and partner onboarding speed.
• Experience defining canonical models and mapping frameworks between EDI and OMS/WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of security, certificates, encryption, AS2/AS4, and compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to translate technical constraints into business decisions.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Order Management & Fulfillment, Retail B2B EDI, API-led integrations (REST), iPaaS/ESB, agile methodologies with Jira, test automation, self-service onboarding, and working with distributed global teams. A Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent is highly valued, along with a passion for innovation and consumer experiences.
