  • Perform in-depth reviews during month-end close, partnering with the wider controlling function and business units to ensure key financial assertions are met.
  • Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of controls and processes, applying SOX expertise to maintain a robust control environment.
  • Contribute to process standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives, assessing effectiveness and implementing improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) on accounting inquiries, coordinating tasks and outcomes.
  • Lead multiple projects, adapting key learnings for diverse audiences and driving cross-functional partnerships.
  • Gain deep market insights into Nike's business operations and apply them to refine accounting practices.
