This full-time role reports to the Senior Manager, Football Specialty Sales (EHQ) and focuses on driving long-term, sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment. You will position 11TS strategically within Nike's Football marketplace vision, leveraging data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring consistent, powerful presentation of stories and products across digital and physical channels, aligned with Football Marketplace strategy.
  • Actively managing the full business cycle (in-season and pre-season) to grow net revenue and contribution.
  • Representing 11TS internally across EMEA and AGS in CODE processes, product engagement, and cross-functional forums.
  • Building seasonal plans from marketplace and partner insights, including bottom-up buy plans based on retail KPIs and alignment on product needs and marketing initiatives.
  • Leading sell-ins with premium, insight-driven experiences to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Navigating partnership complexities with proactive problem-solving and strategic focus.
