  • Develop integrations with Power BI, third-party tools, and ServiceNow instances via REST APIs, SOAP web services, and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs).
  • Deploy, test, and validate solutions in dev/test environments, adhering to ITIL processes and best practices for production readiness.
  • Identify automation opportunities, maintain documentation, provide training, and support go-live/hyper-care phases.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
