Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will:

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, providing expert estimates and advising on optimal reporting and analytics solutions.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements to design robust ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators.
• Configure manual, formula-based, and automated indicators, utilizing table hierarchy and relationships for precise KPI measurement.
• Build intuitive dashboards using UI Builder, ensuring user-friendly interfaces for business stakeholders.
• Develop integrations with Power BI, third-party tools, and ServiceNow instances via REST APIs, SOAP web services, and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs).
• Deploy, test, and validate solutions in dev/test environments, adhering to ITIL processes and best practices for production readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities, maintain documentation, provide training, and support go-live/hyper-care phases.
• Collaborate with platform admins, business users, and stakeholders to align analytics with PepsiCo's technology roadmap and business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow table hierarchies, Performance Analytics, and UI Builder.
• Proficiency in scripting (Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, agile methodologies, and ITSM landscapes.
• Broad exposure to IT infrastructure and applications, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Performance Analytics) are highly desirable.
